Perhaps this is related to how at higher amps you get to Vabs sooner at lower SOC and then amps taper.
If the 60 got there earlier and then tapered, its tapering amps would be higher at first than the tapering amps from a charger that got to a higher SOC by using lower amps in bulk, so by the time amps tapered they would be lower since the SOC is higher.
