Sorry I thought the second pair was also at 50%, missed that 12.7.
Beats me what is going on. You could email PM techs and describe what you have done and see if they can explain what happens to the voltages when you tweak the pot with the PM4 (different from the way my PM3 acts, which did not have that 15 min feature)
The main thing they should be asked is why before the mod, it only did the 15 min on full batts but not on low batts. That may be key to what it is doing after the mod.
I doubt anyone other than PM techs can explain it.
