13.9Vdc X 46.5Adc = 646.35 Watts (out)
9.8Aac X 104.5Vac = 1024 VA (in)
646/1024 = 63% eff.

No! You missed adjusting the 1024VA to watts (798 you said) and comparing watts to watts.
LOL! I need a nap!
So, 646/798 = 81% ... YAY!
