I get confused about this, but AFAIK, you should look at what the converter "pulls from the gen" in VA not watts.
So that is "pulling" 10a and 1024 VA (from your own figures in another post) out of the 13.3a and 1600 continuous VA of the gen. Not maxed out.
Fisherguy says he can run his non-PF corrected PD 9280 from his Honda 2000 but some have said they can't do that.
As a test of reasonableness, I know my Honda 3000 is maxed at 130a of non-PF charger so 2000/3000 x 130 = 87a but that 130 is with chargers having approx. 0.8PF while the PDs have more at 0.7 so you have to be careful making sure it is all apples to apples.
