Where to buy door & exterior compartment rubber seal ?

Re eBay- yes- used to buy lots of Rv supplies there... Offers limited these days.
Re lowes etc.. : that's what I'm using - not good. It's foam and holds water.

Found the proper rubber seal on large roll at E-trailer.
