I must be terrible. I ended up choosing Wiha which I consider to be the best quality small size screwdriver in the world. Missing in the set, below, is 000 Phillips which is all-too-common these days.
Wiha is made in Germany and the tips last longer than anything else I have ever used.

FLUSH CUTTERS. Good to 16 gauge but really designed for board work. These Hakko flush cutters are about the best I have ever used. Don't let the low price fool you, these critters run circles around Klein cutters that sell for much more.

from Fry's electronics i think it was $12
i have two other sets, i bought at home depot for around $10 each - obgrahamExplorerThe little blue Kobalt set sold at Lowes is great. Interchangeable tips all store in the handle. Good quality tips that will grip the screw well and not get chewed up. Under $10.

- Campfire_TimeExplorerMicro-Mark sells some of the best quality small tools I know of. And their prices are reasonable for what they sell.
