Thanks for the info, guys. I did get some local appliance person, he did state (most cases) if you get up to 250, it's probably something else, stating they either work or they don't. The convection like I said is working, I tested it on some brownies, got to 300 and had to cook maybe 5 minutes longer. I also lately have let it warm up a lot more than before I put the food in to bake. I'm in AZ for the winter, they don't make this model anymore, updated it. When I get home, I may pull it and replace it with the replacement one, hopefully the air outlet will be in the same location. They are a little over $500.00. I may reach out to Whirlpool, that would be cheaper. Thanks
