Why I'll Never Take My Battery Charger To Canada harrumph

Its hard to believe anyone would complain about such irelevant thing,but hey some people are plain weird,what can you do but :)

Ive heard of someone having licence plate that read,,NO PLATE and he received hundreds of tickets from police at one time,,because police ticket abandoned cars without licence plates with statement saying "no plate"..
