It's not like they dissolve overnight. I replaced a water heater recently in one of our rentals. The w/h had been installed in 1988- and, curious, I asked my husband to remove and look at the anode. It was only about 1/3 gone! This was in a constantly occupied house, mind you.
I'd expect an anode in a trailer w/h to last a very long time.
