- mena661ExplorerPlus you need a battery management system. Prices vary on those.
- pianotunaNomad IIIHi,
You need 4 of those to have a 100 amp-hour 12 volt battery. That means the cost is 4 x $135 or $540.00free radical wrote:

http://www.evwest.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=4&osCsid=naglhlcs4afl705sfec49hln20 - MFLNomad III just put a Shorai battery in my offroad play bike this summer. I lost two oem batteries in it, in just a couple years, due to not using the bike frequently.
It has no kick start, so the battery needs to maintain a good charge. The little Shorai was $159.00, but what a difference! It not only has more cranking power, but does not run down from lack of use.
I just put the meter on it today, and it has been sitting idle, for more than a month. It showed 13.7, which is a full charge. Shorai claims it can sit for a year, and be good to go when you need it.
We will see, so far it's great!
