Also, trying to figure out AH rating. There is no 20hr AH number. Instead it says "Max Discharge < 3 CA Peak | <700 amp continous".

It says 700Ah in the title and going by the picture, it looks like a 700Ah "cell" (I have a spec sheet on that battery). You'll to wire 4 of those in series to get a "12V" battery. You'll also need a battery management system as those are bare cells.
