Will a honda eu2000i power a 9 Amp Wayne PLS100 water pump?

I ran a 1/3 HP sump pump with a Honda 2000 when I had it. (might be 1/2 hp but the label is off)
The 1000 I had would not run it.

1/10 hp should be easy. 1 hp probably not due to start up surge.

What is the lift, pressure and volume you need?
