Will a honda eu2000i power a 9 Amp Wayne PLS100 water pump?

many of these small motors are split phase motors and no starting cap. The result is very low starting torque and very high current draw till they come up to speed. It is agrivated if they must start under load.

any electric motor looks almost like a short circuit until the rotor starts to turn and create a back emf which then makes the motor look like a load with more impedance.

and a honda generator can't deliver more than 15A or so for more than a few seconds at best.
