Consider a shallow well jet pump. Flotec model FP4012 can draw water up 25' and the maximum head is 179'.
There is a priming process as this is not a submersible. May need a foot valve on the inlet. Just 1/2 hp should run from a Honda 2000 but I don't have one or know for certain.
