First of all, What is the “THING” that you’re talking about? Brand name, model number, date of manufacture are all needed to answer your question. Without that no one can tell you the answer.
Secondly, once you have the info as noted above, google can likely answer your question - and provide you with other beneficial related info as well
The “thing” is spam. If you plug in a can of spam will it overcharge? I think that was the just from @asdfhjkl….lol.
