Wind blowing out pilot on hot water heater
New 2014 KZ Spree Escape. We had it out 4 times and had to fix 2 water leaks. The hot water heater will not stay on if it is the least bit windy. Also, we camp in the Rocky Mtns at altitudes of 7500...

Well ok, I take it all back,....the OP doesn't know a pilot flame when he sees one ! :)
But like I said before, if wind is the problem, adjust the air/fuel mix on the burner tube. It should have a slight "roaring" sound to the blue flame w/ a slightly yellow tip.
