Second, Sorry your first experience is a Problem...
By introduction, Chris Bryant is an RV Tech/Shop Owner in DeLand FL who spends a lot of time helping us here. In addition to that he loads Owner Manuals and Service Manuals on his BryantRV webpage here.
The clicky should get you near the Suburban "SW" series water heater manual. Go UP and you can find Norcold "300" series. You may not be able to "FIX" these things yourself, but you may find some tips. You can check electrical connections for tight ground screws, etc. And take a look at the fridge burner area for obvious issues.
This may be more effective for you than taking it to a dealer under warranty.
