- Harvey51ExplorerIf having difficulty determining the number of panes, get a dollar store keychain laser, shoot it into the window at an angle at least 30 degrees off straight on and hold a paper to catch the reflections. Each pain reflects from the front and back so you will get 2 spots (close together) for single glaze, 4 spots for double glaze.
- DuctapeExplorer^^^ this.
- accsysExplorerI could very well be wrong, but I would think the insulated are double pane and the non insulated single pane.
- SCClockDrExplorerMost Likely Accurate:
Contact Keystone with your VIN, they should be able to provide you with the needed info.
Guaranteed Accurate:
Remove your frame and read the label that is hidden inside by the wall. Make a note of the nomenclature & compare it to the info you received. If they don't match call them back with your info. Reinstall the frame while you await the replacement.
This is what I did:
Call Duncan Systems in Elkart, IN (Great Folks) arrange an appointment to have them replace the window. They will do the above and put the new one in when it arrives. If you are insured they will deal with them. The trip is on you though.
