Winegard Carryout loses signal without 12 volt

Phoenix local stations, only need 101 and 18" dish type
Tucson local stations, also need 109 and LNB3 dish type
Hence, with a Carryout, if you don't leave the dome powered you can lose channels if you need to move between 101 and 109
