Winegard Sensar Pro ,signal meter & amp
Hooked it up as per directions, nothing, just using the batwing and an old Radio Shack booster , I get 11 channels. Is it defective, is there troubleshooting I can do ?

If you are able to do so and have a multi-meter, go up on the roof and disconnect the coax cable going to the antenna and check to see if you have 12 volts on the cable going back toward the amplifier. If not, then there is probably a blown fuse.
