winegard sensar will not go up
rotates fine, goes down fine, will not go up unless I am on roof lifting it while wife turns lifter-knob. Any ideas? I assume the worm gear is out of synch with the teeth, but cannot seem to fix.

It's a plastic gear. The teeth can collapse or it gets dry and dirty. Easy enough to replace. Take the screw top off and it rotates out.
