When you called and sent emails, did you include the pertinent info Winne needed for getting you the needed info. Did you give them your VIN number? THAT is required for help from the factory. I asked several questions for you to answer. NONE were addressed or answered. THAT tells me, YOU have not given the adequate info for Winne to help you. In other words, YOU did not respond to a "email" type request either. Doug
