I left the vin number every time I called. Winnebago never called back. Since I got home I wrote a snail mail letter to the company and didn't receive a reply. Since the problem was a mislabeled breaker box we do not know which breaker labels are also incorrect. I even emailed them a picture showing that the converter label was not included. I would not recommend a Winnebago towable to anyone!
I had hoped for help and support from the forum not a demeaning comment about my efforts. Do you work for Winnebago? You seem to be defensive.
