Some on the forum don't have customer service on their mind regardless what the questions are leading to. They probably haven't dealt with poor service. Even some of the moderators.
That's why many try to stay anonymous. That bit of anonymity brings out rudeness from strangers.
Treat the forum like a supermarket, if it doesn't meet your needs ignore it and read the next one.
Could be a beer or two involved in the responses.
Maybe someone will answer your question without displaying personality.
I think others would like to know if you get a response from the company.
