I had hoped for help and support from the forum not a demeaning comment about my efforts.  Do you work for Winnebago?  You seem to be defensive.
No I do not work for Winne. What I AM, is a 37 year RV Tech with 37 years of dealing with customers. You would be amazed how little info I can get out of my customers when they call with problems. Like I stated on my previous post. ON this forum I ask pertinent questions to posters needing help. RARELY do those poster answer MY questions, which are questions that NEED answering to get them the help they need. Doug
