Storing my TT for the winter, should I leave it plugged into shore power to keep the battery charged with the converter or should I disconnect the battery and connect my Battery Minder to keep it char...

As hershey said, a good fully charged battery will retain it's charge in cold weather. It's actually hot weather that drains a battery but they're capable of putting out more current in warm temps vs cold. Charge and leave it disconnected or put a battery minder on it.
