Ryobi makes a small fan then runs off of their 18v batteries. It will run all night on one charge and then you charge it for 30 minutes to get a full charge.

The fan is less than a foot in diameter, has a built in stand plus a hook so you can hang it. It can be ordered online or purchased at one of the home centers like Home Depot or Lowes.

You'll need to buy the fan plus a battery and battery charger, I would suggest a second battery for convenience.
