I have the same fan and highly recommend it. It is a little pricey but comes complete with Fantastic Vent's reputation and superior customer service. I believe in buying a quality product and buying it once. Some people prefer to buy a cheap product and then buy it again, and again, and again. Buying quality saves money in the long run.
