I'm going to second the "Endless Breeze" 12 volt fan.

Do you have Fantastic Fans installed in your RV? They may also serve your need. I set mine to exhaust and open a window or vent near where I'm sitting or sleeping. A nice breeze comes in that window. For this to work the other windows need to be closed.

I find two Fantastic Fans exhausting can create a good draft through open window. One is plenty for a light breeze when sleeping. And it can be far away from the person so minimal sound.
