He has just about decided to run his generator out there when he needs power... They probably have laws against that as well haha... The same neighbor just added a back yard patio structure to his house and I saw the county inspector vehicle there at least three or four times when that was on-going... They did not want the patio structure connected to the house... Certainly isn't like the old days...
I certainly would check-in about getting the proper permits before putting money into it...
