It ought to work, but perhaps more appropriate or useful would be something like this plus something like this (located in a protected space, or else an outdoor-rated equivalent). So long as the input of everything is connected to the 30A campground socket, it's not really necessary in my opinion to have a redundant 30A breaker for the RV outlet, but breaker(s) for the 15A or 20A circuit(s) are needed. The 30A socket would connect via the feed-through lugs of the little load center in this case.
