Wiring outdoor outlets from 30 amp campground plug?

I would think that you must already have 1 or more outside plugs inside 1 or more bays. An extension cord from 1 or more of these would supply the secondary circuits with the necessary power and you would not have to make any modifications to the power pole or the RV and it would all still be properly protected by the right sized breakers.
Worst case you could add or have an electrician add the necessary additional plug(s).
