Do Rvers use regular romex, or something more flexible? I plan to have separate outlets for inverter and shore, so I don't run something off battery unawarely. Can I open up the inverter and screw ...

Is that a flat plate with a tiny edge folded to 90 degrees to hold the wire in? Is that what those are called?

I have a lot of leftover romex, so it's free, but I drive on rough roads, so I am not sure I want to rely on it staying on screws. It's so stiff.
