Whats the best way to wire a res fridge? I have a 2000w inverter, 4000w gen and shore power. ATS? Manual? Thanks! Bob

Just plug it into the inverter, no need to unplug etc. You might want to consider a smaller more efficient inverter dedicated to the refer. Presumably you've sorted out battery capacity, charging, PSW vs MSW, installation of the res refer and other possible concerns.
