Doesn't matter, 1/3 of this would be enough for a fridge with start-up current and all. It's a 24 hr nature of fridge that is important when off-grid. 100W fridge will draw about same much as 1000W microwave over 24 hr period. 550W solar - in your parts - should be enough though. 4 GC is good, more capacity = shallower cycle = easier for solar to keep up.
Running fridge on inverter - when you have grid available - still doesn't make sense.
