If the inverter part still works as stated in the OP, then all that's missing is a 100a charger? Seems like you could by- pass the inverter for shore and gen power, keep the nice inverter, and get 100a worth of charging separately.
I wonder if the charger portion could be isolated inside so you could feed it 120v directly where now it can't get enabled with no 120v via the internal transfer switch or however that works. Then all you would have to do is re-arrange your 120
