Xantrex prosine 2.0 problem. Again

Just got off the phone with Xantrex. Tech said the Prosine 2.0 may have locked up, got itself into a closed loop and to try a hard reset: Remove AC input (already done) then remove 12VDC for 2 hours, then reconnect. I had to do this when I got an internal error message a few weeks ago. He also said that it could be a problem with its transfer switch which is not repairable.:(
The only problem is, in order to remove the 12 Neg from the Xantrex I have to pull all the batteries to access the negative buss. So I'll just pull the battery negative and do without the fans for a couple of hours. Hope its' not too hot.
Might try this tomorrow. I knew I should have phoned them first. :S But then I wouldn't have had such a nice chat with all you guys.:B
