You might look for a good electronics guy- I've cleaned transfer relays in an RS3000 which Xantrex said was unrepairable. Burnishing and rotating the contacts in the relay made it work until something else went in it (probably because it was flooded with water early on), and IIRC, I found the relays at Digikey.
