Hi Folks, Well Xantrex has an inverter charger with temperature compensation on the battery. Worth considering I think. Unit weighs 73 pounds. sw inverter/charger 3000 watts Opinions?
Thanks! It looks as if I might do the 2800 watt unit as it is $400 cheaper--and less than the cost of a Samlex, or Go Power. I can simply ignore the charging part. It leaves me with a more or less instant back up for charging should I manged to burn out my PD converter, too.
