Buy whatever voltage deep cycle AGM batteries that fit and provide the amp hours of capacity that you want.
However, be aware that 6V golf cart AGM batteries will intrinsically be deep cycle types. While 12V Group 27/29/31 AGM batteries are available as deep cycle types, they are NOT AUTOMATICALLY of that type ... you'll have to shop specifically for them as being of a true deep cycle design.
We use a couple of 115 amp hour 12V Group 31 true deep cycle batteries in our RV, for a total of 230 amp hours of deep cycle capacity when wired together in balanced parallel. They're high quality and cost us about $305 each.
