The res fridge is a bottomless pit for AH needs. Mr Wiz territory
I should have mentioned if only battery charging you don't realize the full daily AH possible due to amps tapering in the afternoon as battery acceptance rate falls.
So my earlier example where you use 100AH and can get 112 wouldn't work. You would need to get more done in the morning with a higher amp intake and then have wasted solar in the afternoon.
I suppose you could figure it out on paper for a given situation what you would need really.
