18 cf 120V refer will need 150 AH a day or more. Together with loads other than microwave - 220 AH. With microwave - 280 AH. This means at least 800W total panel area. And at least four 6V batts like Trojan T5, preferably - six. And a good inverter. And beefy cables all the way.
Big system indeed. Most members here have 2-3 times smaller solar array, with smaller fridges (or run it on propane).
