We are seeeing this in different ways.
Tow vehicle to me means hitches and equipment for towing. It can relate to the truck in relation to towing, but not necessarily the truck itself, rather as a unit. If a member of this group does this and wants to write about it, fine.
I'm writing about a truck and camper either separately or as a unit. Any work to my truck is in relation to improving carrying and hauling capacity, capability for the truck camper which can be similar to the needs of a trailer person, my information is intended for improving carrying a truck camper, similar to a tow vehicle, different purpose, not the same.

do you use the truck with out the camper on it at all? then the posts don't belong in the truck camper group either.. you are trying to treat them like a motor home, they are not, a truck is not part of the truck camper

I used the truck for years hauling around construction materials and camping. Now that I'm retired, the truck and camper are usually chained together, inseparable, ready for the desert, forest, and open road, wherever the wheel turns. The tow vehicle is as much or little a part of the trailer, as the truck is a part of the truck camper. carrying a truck camper on the back of a truck requires a tough truck. A tow vehicle carrying a load on it's own set of wheels doesn't need to be as tough a truck. An F150 can be a tow vehicle, but it would rarely make a good truck camping vehicle. I would suggest tow vehicle people come over to the truck camper section if they want to upgrade their vehicles to the level of toughness a truck camping truck is.

Yet it was moved to the appropriate location on the forum. (Not that it really matters, but your diy tutorials about the truck have been just about the truck and nothing related to the camper.
Key word being “vehicle.”
Regardless, not a huge deal for the 6.9 people who actually still use the forum.
Glad you’re enjoying your ongoing project and improvements to your truck.
cheers!
