That is because those crickets are busy building the factory in TX. And Semi seems to have been pushed to come after ModelY & CT at the plant under construction.

Maybe they could have been upfront from the beginning, and explained it will be several years before the semi is available. But I don't remember ever hearing that. What I heard was Next Year, Next Year, ad infinitum. And of course "It's just around the corner".
