Thank you for putting a link to a subscription only article. Not sure why you are showing a link that is 11 months old (per the naming in the link). Nothing to do with a promised Semi. I think most individuals know that all OEMs are working toward a zero emission future.
Maybe you should have highlighted that GM had started building electric Hummer pickups in a completely redone plant. Maybe you should have highlighted how FedEx now has the first 5 electric BrightDrop EV600 Vans for delivering in California.
Where is the Semi? Did the CEO and Board not know that they needed to build another plant? Did they think they would just build it under a carnival tent in California? Amazing to announce and demonstrate products, and then be months and years late to delivery.
