I installed this on Saturday
I ordered this Sunday (had to ship to family in lower 48 and have them send it to me...they wouldn't ship to Alaska:
I ordered this last night :D
It mounts to the front hitch receiver on my bumper.
Still need to install my stable loads and rearview camera monitor.
