Make sure lower bag mounts do not interfere with the upper mount. On the Firestone's, alignment of the lower cradle is critical. I am running less bag pressure now that I have upper and lower StableLoads (10 PSI when empty or just the TC and 50-60 PSI when towing behind the TC) - This is about 30 PSI less than when I only used the upper StableLoads.
