Just finished installing the Hellwig 7271 anti-sway bar on my F350. Was fairly easy. I had no need to disconnect anything other than a small E-Brake cable bracket on the passenger side.
Since it is a gasser I didn't have to deal with the DEF tank.
Going to New Hampshire for Labor day weekend with all necessary tools to make any adjustments.
