Well after a round trip from Dallas to Daytona beach and back with truck and TC noticed my infamous 2006 3rd generation Dodge steering getting worse. Took my truck in to the shop and now have to replace both U joints and both wheel hub assemblies. Price will 1850.00 bucks. I can understand the U joints with 123,000 miles on truck but this will be second time replacing the hub assemblies. Driver side at 51,000 miles, passenger side at 71,000 now both again. Will have a 2 year warranty on these. Rest of front end replaced 35,000 miles ago. I am Thankful the truck made it home safe and sound with my Big Lance TC. Next will be a new steering box and steering shaft for the wander if still there. Truck is paid off but tempted to upgrade to a newer truck.
