??? about newer trucks safety features & truck campers

If you have a newer truck with safety features like lane changing warnings, do they still work well with the truck camper? Wondering if something sticking out 6" on each side would affect those signa...

Side question, anyone knows is those camera cables have some restrictions on length?
It is a pain to crawl under camper to disconnect the plugs there, so I am thinking about making in-bed receptacle for camper lights and if I could add 6ft of camera extension, I would make it on the side.
